Hege is a fully qualified young person's counsellor having gained a diploma and masters degree at University of Cambridge. She is also a registered and accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). This means that not only does she adhere to the BACP's ethical code of practice and professional standards, but in being awarded accreditation status, has also met their criteria for a high standard of knowledge, experience and development. As well as running her private counselling practice, Hege has worked as a counsellor and play-based therapist for a number of children's charities and currently works with young people aged 12 to 21.

Fiona is a fully qualified child counsellor and psychologist. She trained with the UK’s leading mental health charity and at the University of East London, where she gained postgraduate diplomas in psychology and child counselling. She is a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy and works with children aged 5 to 11. She has extensive experience of working with children having previously worked as a residential social worker for looked after children and as a school project manager within a primary school. More recently, as well as providing play based therapy to children, Fiona also manages a school counselling service; provides training and support for school staff; and works for a local charity providing counselling and support for children and their families.
